Purchase a Blu-ray player, get a Discovery HD sampler

Sony and Discovery Channel/HD Theater are offering a free sampler of Discovery programs when you purchase a select Blu-ray Disc player. The disc, obtained by coupon redemption, will contain episodes from Fearless Planet and Sunrise Earth in high-definition. The two-week promotion starts Oct. 5 at over 11,000 retailers including Sears, Circuit City and Sony Style.
Fearless Planet, a Discovery Channel series, follows extreme sportsman Will Gadd as he travels to locations around the world to understand how amazing natural formations were created.
Sunrise Earth, HD Theater’s ground-breaking wildlife documentary series, chronicles the start of the new day in stunning locations around the world.
