Not sure when it will be available in those specific areas, although U-verse is growing quicker than FiOS because it uses some of the existing copper (phone lines) to get it to your house.

U-verse is hit and miss in Irvine, Lake Forest and all over Orange County. Over at the OCRegister, we're compiling information as to exactly where U-verse and FiOS are by city. Read the original OC Register story on this at "AT&T U-verse adds four more O.C. cities."
