Vizio announces upcoming XVT LCD HDTV models

Vizio has officially released an availability and price chart for its newest XVT lineup of LCD HDTVs. The new line features some models with 240Hz SPS (Scenes per Second) and TruLED with Smart Dimming technology (42″, 47″, 55″ sizes). Slim Line models at 120Hz will be available in 32″ and 37″ sizes.

Vizio also announced agreements with internet content providers eBay, Facebook, RadioTime, Revision3, Rallypoint Sports, Showtime, Twitter and Vudu. (Partnerships with Accedo Broadband, Amazon VOD, Blockbuster On Demand, Flickr, Netflix, Pandora and Rhapsody were previously announced).

VIZIO Internet Apps, or “VIA”, will be available in 42″, 47″ and 55″ sizes.

    I dont know what tv to get for my dorm. I want something thats cheap, but good quality. On the vizio.com homepage, I saw they had a fourth of july special. A really good hdtv for less than $750!
