<description>Did you know about the time this story came out any dish customer with DVR #625 has no service at all. Since that is the most popular DVR model I would think dish has alot less watchers right now mine has been down for 20 hours. I called twice both times I was told would be back on in four hours still waiting. I told them Cox cable can hook me up in two hours from 8:00am till 8:00pm no wonder you want contracts. Hope you look into this and print a real story not copy off company press release.
Thank You
