Sony ships newest Blu-ray player

has shipped its newest Blu-ray player, the BDP-S350. The player supports BonusView, BD-live, and features Precision Cinema HD upscaling technology. The player also makes use of a correcting drive called Precision Drive HD, which helps with scratched or bent DVDs. Full Story »

Analyst pushes PS3 over Xbox 360

Blu-ray player announced from Onkyo

, who once produced HD DVD players for the now defunct format, has announced it will release a player by the end of 2008. The player will be 1080p compatible (I would hope so) and HDMI capable. For audio the player is supposed to support Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. Full Story »
