Monster expands value-priced HDMI cable

Monster Cable will expand distribution of its MC 500HD standard speed HDMI cables. The cable, priced at $49.95 for a 1-meter length (40 in.), is part a plan to offer a lower priced cable to retailers. Faster, and pricier HDMI cables from Monster include the MC700, the MC800 and the MC1000.
