Get $40 off a Sony 9″ portable DVD player

by Mike Allen on August 22, 2010

Here is a nice Sony portable DVD player (Model: DVP-FX950) with 9″ display on sale at SonyStyle.com. The display is larger than most portable DVD players, with swivel design and 800×480 resolution. Take it in the car or on a flight — the battery is rated at up to 7-1/2 hours of play time. Two headphone jacks let you share the audio, and A/V input/ouputs allow you to connect to your TV as a standard DVD player. (Hint: Use at a hotel instead of paying the ridiculous VOD charges.) The player also features a USB port for viewing photos or listening to MP3 music files. Car adaptor is included. Purchase from this link and use promo code SONYSAVEFX950 to get the $40 off. Sale is from 8/22/10 through 8/28/10 only. Not a high-def player but great to keep the kids occupied! Limited to two per customer. Thanks JC for the tip!
