Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert to go hi-def in 2010

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report will go hi-def starting Jan. 4, according Multichannel News. The shows have been upscaled to HD since Comedy Central HD went live last January and joins shows already in HD including “South Park,” “The Sarah Silverman Program,” “RENO 911!” and “COMEDY CENTRAL Presents.” Full Story

HDNet will premiere a new comedy series about a fictional indie rock band called “The All-For-Nots”. Michael Eisner is one of the producers of this series, which will be aired in high definition this coming Sunday, March 9, at 7:45 p.m. ET.
