A new Syfy series “Caprica” will debut Friday, Jan. 22 in high-definition at 9pm ET/8pm. However, the premiere pilot (to be presented with limited commercials) won’t exactly be debuting unseen, as it has already been available on Hulu, Syfy.com, and other on-demand outlets. Full Story

Battlestar Galactica: Season One will contain all 13 episodes of The Sci-Fi Channel (now “Syfy”) original TV series. The episodes star Mary McDonnell as President Laura Roslin and Edward James Olmos as Commander William Adama in what Olmos says “is even better than the miniseries.” Blu-ray is 1080p at 1.78:1 aspect ratio with Dolby DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1.
