Shuttle Mission STS-130 set for early Sunday launch: Update

Endeavour’s 13-day, STS-130 mission is scheduled for liftoff at 4:39 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 7. HDNet will start covering the lift off at 4:00 a.m., with a re-broadcast the launch on Sunday, February 7 at 11:00 a.m. ET. This is the last scheduled night time launch for the Space Shuttle Mission. If you are a Frans Ferdinand fan you won’t want to miss a premiere HD broadcast of the Scottish band’s live performance at the Big Gig London O2 Arena in February ‘09. The concert will feature hits from their first release such as “Michael,” “Matinee” and “Take Me Out,” as well as newer songs Ulysses” and “No You Girls.”
DirecTV has added content from Mark Cuban owned networks HDNet and HDNet Movies. Over 20 hours from HDNet, and 25 movies from HDNet Movies are now part of the DirecTV video-on-demand library.

HDNet will broadcast live, high definition coverage of the Space Shuttle Endeavor launch this coming Tuesday, March 11th. The coverage begins at 2:00 A.M. ET at the Kennedy Space Center with the launch scheduled for 2:28 A.M.
