Verizon bumps up HD channels in Fort Wayne

has just added 15 new HD (high-definition) channels to its service in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. The new high-def channels include the Big Ten Network and new HD channels like CNBC, Bravo and USA. Upcoming channels will include CNN, TBS, Lifetime, 3 new Starz channels and 2 new Showtime channels.

The total number of HD channels in the area now reaches 41.  If you include FiOS VOD (video-on-demand) HD offerings, it brings the total amount of HD choices in the Fort Wayne area to 441.

New HD channels available from FiOS in the Fort Wayne, IN area currently include:
