Rhode Islanders get Golf Channel HD with FiOS

“The biggest little state in the Union” gets their Golf Channel in HD now, that according to Verizon who provides FiOS TV in certain areas of the state. In places where FiOS is available, customers can get up to 106 high-definition channels.

The Golf Channel is a 24-hour network that offers news and scores, tournament coverage, post-tournament programs, highlights, and current events happening around the golf industry.

The channel will cover The Masters, U.S. Open, British Open and the PGA Championship all in hi-def. You can also catch instructional videos, reviews, and information on golf courses and resorts across the country.
