by Jeb Stuart on June 15, 2009

Amazon announced a 2-day sale on select HDTVs, including Sony Bravia, Panasonic VIERA, Samsung, and Toshiba models. Highlights of the sale include a list of HDTVs for under $499, some of them with free shipping. The sale also includes a selection of HDTVs around $1,000, most of them discounted way under that amount.

A couple great deals we found in the under $499 category include a Samsung 26″ 720p LCD for $450 (reg. $529), and a 32″ Toshiba 720p LCD for $479 (reg. $579) which includes free shipping. Here is the select list of HDTVs for under $499.

In the “around $1000″ category, there is a 32″ Sony Bravia S-Series LCD (1080p) for $655 that is normally priced $799. A 42″ Panasonic VIERA X1 Series plasma is going for $664 (reg. $899). Here is the full list of HDTVs for around $1000, most of which include free shipping.

This promo has already started today and is running through tomorrow.
