by Jeffrey Nukom on August 17, 2009

AT&T’s IPTV based U-verse service has been made available in parts of Memphis, Tennessee today. The triple service package includes AT&T U-verse TV, AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet and AT&T U-verse Voice. Basic service starts at $49 a month.

“Today’s launch of AT&T U-verse reflects our commitment to make the significant investments to bring Tennessee consumers a new era of true video competition,” said Gregg Morton, president, AT&T Tennessee.

U-verse offers at least 100 HD channels in all its markets through its 100-percent Internet Protocol-based television service.

AT&T’s U-verse service was first launched across the greater Nashville-area in December ‘08.
