Dish Network to launch MLS Direct Kick

If you’re a soccer fan and subscribe to Dish Network you’ll be able to catch up to 221 Major League Soccer matches when MLS Direct Kick launches on March 19, 2011. MLS Direct Kick is great if your team is out of local coverage, and this year the network is covering 30% more games than last. The network will also broadcast select playoff games.

MLS Direct Kick is available on DISH Pay-Per-View from channels 454 – 467 for a one-time fee of $79. No word yet on whether any matches will be offered in HD or just standard-def.
